Shaped the sourcing and target capability for Developer Experience and AI across the SDLC, including model access, enterprise context, AI-ready repositories, controls and measurable adoption.
European eMobility scale-up
Supported the CTO in resetting the target state, domain model, architecture and delivery roadmap for a materially delayed and over-budget platform transformation.
Large Dutch public-sector organisation
Designed the architecture and operating model for a multi-year information-provision programme, then translated it into a 90-day execution plan.
Global semiconductor manufacturer
Led the engineering team that moved a governed data and MLOps platform from proof of concept into production and enterprise use.
Benelux e-commerce platform
Connected architecture, cross-team dependencies and domain boundaries in a large engineering transformation, then stayed to carry the redesign into execution.
Regional parcel carrier
Translated application, supplier and run-cost analysis into rationalisation, governance and vendor-model changes that released capacity for transformation.
Proof standard
Marcelis Digital uses client situations, roles, decisions and working mechanisms as proof. Names and commercially sensitive details stay out unless their use is explicitly approved.
That is less decorative than a logo wall. It is also more useful to a buyer trying to understand what the firm can actually do.
